I would suggest that the best time would be after 20 weeks scan, but don’t worry if you have been unable to do it on time. If for some reason I had last minute cancellation or baby was born earlier/later than expected please contact me, as I may have some other availability. Newborn photoshoot should be done when baby is between 5-21 days old, that’s when they are the best models- sleepy and flexible, so please make sure you book it early enough :)

Babies usually are not born in their due date so when you book session we won't actually set a date ( unless you are having a planned C- section). I will make a note of your due date and ask you to contact me when baby will arrive.

Some babies are more flexible than others, some babies are more comfortable in certain positions than others. If your baby is not happy or show signals of discomfort I will make sure to change the pose immediately. I allow plenty of time for cuddles and feeds. I will do all my best to comply with requests for specific photos, but you need to be aware that will be dependant on the co-operation of your little one and sometimes it may be not possible for all or any of the images expected to be captured. I am fully trained how to work with newborns and number one priority on my photoshoot, is safety of your child!

To start with, please make sure you take your baby with you :) For some comfort of your baby you can bring a blanket to make them feel safe. If you are using milk bottles please bring them with you, also during the session dummy might be needed. This can drastically cut down the time of your session. If there is a special outfit you would like to use or a favorite toy, please let me know in advance so I can use them in my setups. In my studio I provide outfits, headbands, hats, wraps, photo props etc. , so you don't have to worry about anything :)

The best way is to make sure your little one is awake max 30 min before your session start, also be prepared for a big feed on arrival. Please make sure you don’t put any cream or oils on baby's skin. It is also important to make sure you baby is wearing something quick and easy to take off. To avoid marks on the skin try to keep the nappy loose. If you are coming for a family photoshoot make sure you look clean and tidy, take care of your appearance, clean and ironed outfit, aesthetic makeup, clean hair and nails, or even take your hairbrush with you to make sure you look your best :)

Do not worry about anything! I’m here to make sure you feel like at home :) Please, be my guest and enjoy our comfy sofa, hot or cold drinks or even a blanket. You can take a quick nap or adore your baby in all of the different poses. You can also watch Netflix :) Just relish your free time.

Of course :) If you have more than one baby we can do their session together. Please let me know before as session fee and time may need to be changed.

Depends which package you choose. In midi and maxi packages family photos are included, but only parents and siblings, please :) Family photos are includes in midi and maxi package, but when the baby stops cooperating, I cannot guarantee all planned family poses. My priority during the session is to take pictures of the baby, I focus on getting as many shots as possible. After family photos usually I ask one parent to take other children back to home, because my studio is small and when other members are their baby becomes very distracted. It is very important that during the session will be peace and quiet so that the baby can sleep as long as possible.

If someone from your household has D&V bug ( diarrhoea and vomiting), fever or other disease sypmtoms within last 48h it is very impotant that to contact me and reschedule your photoshoot. Due the fact that I am working with newborns and other babies it is essential that they are not exposes to viruses.

I recomend to keep things neutral- white, black, grey, navy is the best choice. Of course you can choose outfit which you like, but please choose max 2 colours and avoid patterns and logos on them :)

I understand, that few days after having baby are so hard, especially for Mothers. However, this is the only opportunity to have pictures with your newborn. I will do all my best to show you in your best way :)

All babies are different, it depends if your child is sleepy or just been feed it can take about an hour. Of course there are some babies that need more cuddling or an extra feed – in this case our session can be extended to four hours. If the baby for some reason is not happy, crying for a long time or simply can't be placed in any position then the session may be postponed to another date after consultation with the parents.

Within 7 days you will get email with link to your online, password- protected gallery. When you will choose your favourites i will get info about your order. Digital photos are ready usually within 1 week after photo shoot and will be ready to download from your gallery. If your package included prints, it may take a little bit longer, because on the end of each month I send one big order to the photo lab. Usually I have them after 5 days but it depends how the lab is busy. You can collect them from my studio or I can post them for extra charge £5.50.

A £45 non- refundable Session Fee is taken on booking. This secure Your slot with me. The payment for your package is payable on the day of the photo session. You can always upgrade your package or buy additional pictures.
Payment can be made by cash , or bank transfer. Any photos taken will not be released until payment is made.
